Our Single Origin Dark is made with single-origin cocoa from the Sambriano valley in northwestern Madagascar.
Like all great Malagsy chocolate, the bar delivers unmistakable notes of citrus and stone-fruit. Through a micro-lot production process, the bar develops a complex body and a remarkably smooth finish.
